Menu
The menu displays the various activities that you can do in the modules and is available on the left side of the screen.
- Dashboard. The main screen of the application after you successfully log on. Dashboard displays all the major functionalities in the applications and the activities that you can do based on your role and the permissions associated with the role.
- Messages. Customers can send messages to the banks or credit unions from the Messages module of the digital banking applications.
- Alerts. Capability to define alerts for customers, an easy way to activate or deactivate alerts, and define or delete alert parameters and delivery modes.
- Reports & Logs. View reports and logs.
- Customer Management. Manage members such as customers and groups.
- Customer Roles. Manage customer roles and corresponding permissions.
- Customers. Manage customers and applicants.
- Companies. Manage companies and business users for business banking.
- Employee Management. Manage users, roles, and permissions.
- Users. View the list of users, add a user, view details, and edit a user record.
- Roles. View the list of roles, add a role, view details, and edit a role.
- Permissions. View the list of permissions, view details, and edit a permission.
- Configurations. Manage system and business configurations.
- System Configurations. Manage system level configuration bundles.
- Business Configurations. Manage eligibility criteria for onboarding process.
- Security & Authentication. Manage configurations around identity and authentication.
- Credential Policy. Manage username and password policies.
- Password Settings. Define password configuration settings,
- MFA Configurations. Set up MFA options that can be used in customer facing apps.
- MFA Scenarios. Define various trigger points (scenarios) that presents the customer with an MFA challenge.
- Application Content Management. Manage password policies, privacy policies, terms and conditions, FAQs, service outage messages, locations, and customer care information.
- FAQs. Manage frequently asked questions (FAQs) and their corresponding answers.
- Privacy Policies. Manage the privacy policy that is displayed to the end customer in the Retail Banking applications.
- T&C. Mange the terms and conditions.
- Service Outage Message. Manage the service outage messages.
- Locations. Manage the branch/ATM records for the users who opted the feature.
- Customer Care Information. Manage the customer care information
- Ad Campaign - Manage campaigns of banking services.
- Master Data Management. Manage services, secure images, and security questions.
- Products . View all the banking products with the Bank/Credit Union.
- Features. Manage features such as transfers and bill pay available for customers.
- SecurityQuestions. Configure the master records of security questions for using as an MFA tool.
- Change Password. Change password by providing the current and the new password.
- Log out. This option is available on the top-right of the screen. The app displays a message prompting you to confirm, and on confirmation, displays a screen to log on again. The username is retained but masked if you had selected the Remember Me check box during the earlier login.
